Absolutely they should delete it. They have an obligation to either check that the information is correct, or, explain on the page BOLDLY and in PLAIN SITE that ALL information on Google Earth may not be factual.

Who friggin cares? You can’t please all of the people all of the time. Report it to google, they will look in to it and fix it, and everyone moves on.

Why make a big deal out of something as worthless as this?
