How rare it is for the media to cover the extraordinary efforts Israel made to avoid civilian casualties in the Hamas missile assault launched from civilian locations. Even rarer is any reference to the astounding Israeli victory in conducting urban warfare with minimal casualties in the midst of well-planned Hamas booby-traps and ambush plans. No one wants to cover the Arab defeat.
Hamas showed its cowardice in not coming out to fight. The rest of the Arab world showed itself not willing to fight. Much as the Arab propaganda continues - portraying the “victim” status of the perpetrators of hatred - no amount of foreign aid can erase the sense of overwhelming defeat felt in Gaza and the decision of the Muslim world to stay away.
