The Israel-America Chamber of Commerce & Industry, established in 1965, is a voluntary organization of companies and individuals, dedicated to the promotion and enhancement of two-way trade and investment between Israel and the United States. The aim of the Chamber is to promote trade and all joint business activity with the U.S.

Their Chamber is the largest bi-national chamber in Israel with hundreds of members –companies, organizations and individuals – representing about 70% of the value of business between the two countries. The President of the Chamber is Ambassador Zalman Shoval, former Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. The U.S. Ambassador to Israel, the Hon. Richard Jones, serves as our Honorary Chairman.

They are the exclusive local representative of the world’s largest business federation – the Washington-based U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the umbrella organization of 3,000 local chambers (incorporating more than six million businesses and organizations). Our Chamber is a member of the European and Asia-Pacific councils of American Chambers of Commerce. The Chamber facilitates networking opportunities with key business and government leaders in Israel and the U.S. In addition, we maintain ongoing contacts with the American-Israel Chambers throughout the United States. Close government networking ensures contact with U.S. and Israeli authorities on commercial, economic and legal issues.
